You can unsubscribe from marketing materials by clicking on the unsubscribe link, at the bottom of all marketing emails. 

If you have changed your mind or made a mistake on the order, including the postal address or items ordered, we can only cancel orders before they are dispatched. 

However, once dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the package, at your own cost. We will refund the order, when the products have been returned to us.  

Please notify us of these issues at the very earliest opportunity.
