Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and digital downloads, are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at hello@geekspace.co.uk to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow for a minimum of 5 working days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
- Returned items must be returned within 14 days of your return confirmation.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

- Part or whole items that are opened by you, cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange. Returns are only accepted on unopened products.
