FAQs - UK postage and tracked shipping

We ship to all postcodes across the United Kingdom. 

We do not accept orders from and/or post to, addresses outside of the United Kingdom.

We offer a variety of UK delivery methods to meet all circumstances:

• £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 (4-5 working days, including dispatch) - Free for orders over £40.
• £4.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 24 (2-4 working days, including dispatch).- Free for orders over £60.
• £8 for Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (next working day delivery, after dispatch) - Free for orders over £120.

All parcels are tracked, via Royal Mail, making it easy for you to track the parcel from us, straight to you. 

In the unlikely event that you missed the parcel delivery and you have not received a missed delivery card, please check the tracking details, followed by your neighbours or any safe spaces.

We process orders Monday to Saturday, which excludes UK bank holidays.

We aim to dispatch all Tracked orders within 48 hours, with Special Delivery orders processed within 36 hours.
